For years, Kat
Clyne has built a business slurping up man-stew for brunch with a side of
mimosa, and devotedly labeling herself a Cheater Eater. Being hired to carry out her own brand of
justice in ingenious ways is just the tip of the fork for Kat. In order to reach a bigger audience of women
in need, she starts blogging about her theories, rules, and advice.
She is quite content with her career until
she meets the gorgeous journalist, Cave Maverick, who hires her to get revenge
on his sister’s cheater. Reluctantly taking
on a partner for the first time, Kat is challenged by Cave
as he tries to pinpoint her motives for abhorring men and she soon discovers
his intentions may not be entirely nefarious.
Kat’s finely-honed bullshit detector tells her Cave is one of those
mythical creatures known as a good guy but she risks losing her own heart to discover
the truth, and learns the hard way that she's not nearly as tough—or as
right—as she thinks she is.
